Do you really stock over 5000+ products?

Forza Italia prides itself in stocking the largest range of Italian products in Australia. We constantly ensure we maintain minimum stock levels of 5000+ products.

Our online store is run on live stock levels – meaning if it says it’s in stock it most probably is. However on the odd chance that one of your items is out of stock, one of our friendly staff will contact you within 2 business days either by email or telephone.

What if a product I want is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, you can subscribe with your email to be notified once the item is back in stock (this can be done directly on the specific product details page)

What if I can no longer find a product?

If a product is no longer visible on the web store chances are it’s been sold out and is no longer available to order. However feel free to email us at info@forzaitalia.com.au to confirm this.

Can I pick up my order from your Melbourne store?

If you enter a Victorian post code (3***) in the checkout you will be able to choose Store Pick up (Melbourne) FREE $0 as a shipping method.

How do I know what size to buy?

We do our best to provide size charts for our products however if you would like to know the specific measurements of a product, you can either use the more information button in the product details page or email us at info@forzaitalia.com.au



How long do you take to dispatch my order?

In most cases, orders are sent out within 48 hours by your selected shipping method.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

Free Shipping is available for all orders processed over $150 and is restricted to Australia only.

We are currently working on an automated international postage price calculator however in the meantime you will need to email us at info@forzaitalia.com.au with your location and product order to receive a postage charge based on your location.

Can I track my order?

Once your item is dispatched you will be sent an email with your invoice and tracking number.

Can I send an order to multiple addresses?

Yes our shopping cart will allow you to checkout with multiple addresses, you will then be able to allocate which address each product needs to be sent to and shipping method.
Please note shipping charges are quoted are per individual address.

Why do I need to put my phone number?

All online orders must include at least one contact number in case we need to contact you in regards to your order.

Are there any fees for paying by credit card?

No, we do not charge any extra for you to pay by credit card.

Is it safe to pay by credit card using SecurePay?

SecurePay encrypts all transaction details before sending them across the internet, so the details of the message cannot be seen by anyone except SecurePay's Payment Server.

How do I get my tax invoices?

Tax invoices are emailed directly to you upon dispatch of your order.

Who will see my personal details?

Any personal information supplied to Forza Italia is held as strictly confidential. No customer details will ever be shared with, shown or sold to any third parties.

How do I use my gift voucher online?

You can use this voucher to pay for a purchase online in full using the 'Voucher Code' provided.

The voucher value must be enough to cover the full amount of the order total and cannot be used as partial payment if the voucher value is less than the sales order total.

If the voucher value is greater than the sales order and there is any unused credit left on the voucher, the voucher will remain valid and can be used in-store or online until all credit has been used.

How do I become a member?

You can join up by clicking on the link in the bottom footer of the site. You can also join in store when making a purchase.

How long do I have to return a product?

Forza Italia carefully select all of our products! That’s why we offer a 7-day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason a Forza Italia customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 7 days of receiving their order, and organise to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the associated Delivery Costs. Goods can be returned for money back, exchange or store credit, if unused, complete and in the original packaging. Who pays for the return freight?

Items must be returned at your own cost. If you would like a product exchanged a return paid postage pack must be included, if not normal postage charges apply.
