Description

Quattro amici, Melandri, Sassaroli, Necchi e Mascetti, mattacchioni in gioventù, ma ora attempati e acciaccati, con un ritorno di spregiudicata e anacronistica goliardia ritentano le bravate del passato. Lo scherzo più cattivo viene fatto al quarto, il conte Mascetti, vedovo e ridotto sulla sedia a rotelle da una trombosi, che i tre sistemano in una fastosa "Villa Serena", casa di riposo per vecchi danarosi. Più avanti, essi stessi non resistono e finiranno di propria iniziativa alla Villa, ma per continuarvi i loro scherzi rivoltanti e le loro volgari bravate, e per organizzare una gita finale al polo Nord (al fine di eternarvi - surgelata - la loro incontinente senilità?). Ma gli anni sono passati e a volte ci rimettono, nel perpetuo scherzo fatto per allontanare l'idea della morte.
